100 Revolving Restaurant hosts weekly buffets

There are few things more thrilling than a bird’s eye view of a sprawling cityscape, and one of them is a 360-degree view of the said cityscape.

That’s partly why people flock to the 33rd floor of the MDC building in Eastwood City, Libis to eat at 100 Revolving Restaurant, one of the most unique dining spots in the country. Run by multi-awarded veteran chef Jessie Sincioco, not only does it offer a spectacular range of dishes inspired by Filipino ingredients and cuisine.

But now there is a new reason for folks to drop by the scenic resto on weekends. For Saturday lunch, 100 Revolving Restaurant will be serving a buffets that changes like its view.

Priced at Php 1,500.00 per head, the buffet gives regular patrons something new to try from Chef Jessie’s repertoire every time. Two weeks ago, it was Korean; last week it was Italian. Who knows what it would be next week? You’ll just have to come over to find out.

Carving stations aren't necessarily in-theme, but that's some of the best roast beef I've ever had.

On top of a myriad of main dishes, there is always a tempting selection of desserts. Nothing too sinful like fudge on chocolate cake topped with heavy cream; but small, light, bites meant to lead your meal to a mellow, sweet end. Fresh fruit and delicate in-theme palate cleansers are arranged on a separate table, easily accessible as your own table slowly slides by. Personally, I could not get enough of the rice and coconut pudding with slices of fresh mango.

Desserts are love.

So come over to Libis for lunch tomorrow. Come for the food, linger over the view.

Spectacular, no?
